Finding out Their Heart’s Desire

Posted on September 21, 2009 by Two Becomes One

While I know that everyone’s heard of astrology and compatibility by the stars, did you also know that you can look into someone’s motivations via the vowels in their name?  Bear in mind though that this is just a rough outline- just like astrology, numerology actually has a full chart that has other numbers that can impact these interpretations.

Calculating the Soul Urge Number:
A 1
E 5
I 9
O 6
U 3
Using the vowels of the name, our example will be Amber Smith. Removing the consonants in Amber’s name, we get AEI. Looking up and that totals 15- reduce by adding 1 and 5- a 6.

What do the numbers mean?

People Who Are 1s:

Ones typically thrive on the thrill of competition and the glory of winning. Needing to feel like they are ahead of the game, 1s typically enjoy feeling a sense of control and power in relationships.

Twos:

Harmony and love are very important to twos, who will often find themselves in a position of peacemaker in their relationships. Twos are, in a relationship at times a little easy to push around due to this.

Threes:

People with a soul urge number of 3 are often creative dynamos who love making something new. In relationships, this can sometimes mean a fickle person, who gets bored a little easily.

Fours:

Fours want security and peace in a financial sense. Typically, a 4 personality will work very hard to achieve this, however, some may be prone to attaching themselves to those with money. However, 4s are also known to be very loyal and steadfast.

Fives:

Hedonists of the numbers world, 5s want it all and they want it now and in abundance. A 5 will likely be an intense thrill ride that brings you a great deal of fun and excitement, but may be a little difficult to pin down in commitment.

Sixes:

People who are 6s, often feel the need to be validated in all things. They want to know that they are in fact loved and they need to know that on a very regular basis. If you’re looking for someone who will be a constant in your life and love romance, a 6 may be just for you.

Sevens:

Sevens can be spiritual and very outdoorsy types, preferring deep, meaningful relationships. These are definitely: “loves long walks on the beach” types. The downside is, they can often be loners.

Eights:

8s are generally very focused on career, intent on success. This does however, wash over into personal relationships, where an 8 may be the sort that wants to fix it all. However, this can sometimes manifest itself in a slightly controlling nature.

Nines:

Nines are giving, loving and very conscientious of the world around them. Humanitarians, they typically have a great deal of love to give, but, may give it all around. They are typically seen involved in numerous causes and can at times be very busy.
